SHIPPING POLICY
When will my order arrive?
After payment is completed, orders will be shipped within 2-3 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.
Why has my order been canceled?
We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full as quickly as possible.
REFUND POLICY
Can I refund or return/exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer returns/exchanges. All order/s are inspected before ship out to make sure its in good and perfect condition. If you find that your order is faulty or different from the products you ordered, we are happy to replace it with a new one. We highly recommended to check your size before placing an order.
